Pandemonium is easy going in its structure and mouthfeel, and packs a purple punch with rich ruby and purple colors. White jasmine and basil begin in its decadent nose, before bringing you to a bakery with swirling scents of boysenberry jelly donut, finishing with more baked spices, particularly clove, vanilla, light cinnamon spice, and fresh baked bread. The palate is pure “pandemonium”, but in the best way! Pandemonium will pair beautifully with ham or turkey, but leave out the clove and opt for more cinnamon or nutmeg in your dishes. High on our list of foods for thought with this wine include herb crusted rack of lamb with a squeeze of Meyer lemon.
