We use Ohio-raised Wagyu Beef Eye of Round from Sakura Wagyu Farms, delicately flavored with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. Bresaola is traditionally sliced very thin and served with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh ground pepper.
Our Herbed Wagyu Bresaola takes about 3-4 months to cure, dry and age properly, so we only make it in very limited quantities. Now available in new peg-hook packaging!
